A day at the spa, or some shopping, destress the mind.

-  A run by the boardwalk, with a gaze into the beach or water front of  nature. Reset your thoughts.

- Indulge in your favorite sports or game of your choice adds hope for challenges.

- Go watch a movie of your choice or play music from your unique play list, sing along if you can. Restore your joy.

-  Find a quiet space to pray to your creator, God Almighty. Read his word and reflect. Tell Him what you are feeling; wait and reason with Him, eat then rest. 

This will add fuel to your body being, like a car depending on gas.  This will sustain you on your current life’s journey as you walk in, living the life.
