Welcome back to Living the life,
as we continue to live the life, we want to make sure that we are eating healthy foods. Last time we acknowledge simple ways in which we can relax, hopefully we are experimenting with them and finding them helpful.
We want to eat the foods that encourage a healthy body as best as we can. There are many foods that keeps us healthy. However, we will only make mention of five healthy foods one can explore and if necessary, add to their diet.
- Pineapple is known to be, high in good nutrients to build and fight germs and diseases in the body among other things.
- Turkey is very nutritious and high in protein among other things.
- Breadfruit also provides nutrients and mineral for the body as we gather our food sources here on living the life.
- Kidney Beans are healthy beans, they are known to help the body to reduce high blood sugar levels.
-Avocado is an excellent source of nutrition as well, providing healthy fats to feel fuller longer.
As we explore various foods, let us seek to keep our eating habits in check, as we try to eat as healthy as we possibly can. This is important as we continue in living the life.
