Last time we acknowledge simple ways in which we can relax, hopefully we are experimenting with them and finding them helpful. We want to eat the foods that encourage a healthy body as best as we can.  There are many foods that keeps us healthy. Publisher ID: pub-1240246624886843  5 simple ways to relax: -  A day at the spa, or some shopping, destress the mind. -  A run by the boardwalk, with a gaze into the beach or water front of  nature. Reset your thoughts. - Indulge in your favorite sports or game of your choice adds hope for challenges. - Go watch a movie of your choice or play music from your unique play list, sing along if you can. Restore your joy. -  Find a quite space to pray to your creator God Almighty, read his word reflect. Tell Him what you are feeling; wait and reason with Him, eat then rest.  This will add fuel to your body being, like a car depending on gas.  This will sustain you on your current life’s journey as you walk in, living the life. As we seek to cast aside everything that hinders us from living the life. Hebrews12:1 reminds us to “run this race of life with perseverance”which God has set before us. With an awareness that entanglement in sin” can cause us many problems.  Many of which we never bargain for, but as we are more courageous we need not be afraid of tomorrow. Hope you are empowered to seek the help of our Great Creator on this life’s journey.  A journey so unpredictable and sometimes cunning as we connect to living the life. It has been inspiring to see you follow this blog, I know your inspiration will encourage another to follow as well.  However, we have more in store for you with a slight shift in content but still aiming at living the life being our best self.
